BFG ha annunciato la scheda grafica siglata GeForce 9600 GT OC2: basata sulla gpu omonima prodotta da NVIDIA, la nuova soluzione di BFG è equipaggiata con 512Mb di RAM G-DDR3 ed è dotata di una connessione verso la motherboard di tipo PCI-Express 2.0. La card è già in commercio nei mercati statunitense ed europeo; l'MSRP indicato dal costruttore è pari a $249.99.

A caratterizzare fortemente la card è però il funzionamento in overclock dei componenti principali, ove si consideri che la gpu lavora ad una frequenza di 690MHz mentre il valore reference indicato da NVIDIA è pari a 650MHz. La frequenza di clock delle unità di shader è invece uguale a 1750MHz, contro il valore standard di 1625MHz; i chip di RAM operano a 1880MHz (il valore tipico è pari in questo caso a 1800MHz).
