GIGABYTE ha lanciato di recente la scheda grafica di fascia alta siglata GIGABYTE GV-N26OC-896H-B. La nuova soluzione del board maker taiwanense è basata su una revisione della gpu GeForce 260 GTX che rende disponibile un numero superiore di processori di streaming (216 vs 192) rispetto al chip reference e supporta un regime di funzionamento che prevede una frequenza operativa del core superiore a quella della versione standard.

GIGABYTE non ha variato la dotazione di memoria locale, che resta pari a 896MB di G-DDR3, e l'ampiezza del bus tra gpu e RAM, pari a 448-bit.
