La PowerColor HD4770 ha un core a 750 mhz e la memoria ad 800Mhz. Le GDDR5 permettono un transfer rate superiore e performance migliorate mentre, grazie alla tecnologia 40 nm ed al dynamic power management di ATI, i consumi restano bassi.
