Apple ha annunciato oggi il nuovo iPod shuffle interamente riprogettato, completo di pulsanti cliccabili ad “anello” e dell’innovativa tecnologia VoiceOver di Apple, che consente agli utenti di sfogliare facilmente musica e playlist senza neppure guardare l’iPod shuffle. Il nuovo iPod shuffle è perfettamente indossabile, ha uno chassis interamente in alluminio con una clip integrata ed è disponibile in cinque brillanti colori: argento, azzurro, verde, arancione e rosa. Con un’autonomia della batteria del 50% circa superiore rispetto ai modelli precedenti, il nuovo iPod shuffle offre oltre 15 ore di riproduzione audio con una sola carica* e ben 2GB di spazio a soli €55.

iPod shuffle si basa sulla famosissima funzionalità shuffle di Apple, che seleziona casualmente i brani dalla libreria dell’utente. Con i pulsanti cliccabili, è ancora più facile usare il nuovo iPod shuffle. Basta premere il pulsante centrale per riprodurre e mettere in pausa, o premere i pulsanti più esterni per avanzare o riavvolgere la riproduzione oppure ancora regolare il volume verso l’alto o il basso.

Il nuovo pulsante VoiceOver sulla parte superiore dell’iPod shuffle permette agli utenti di ascoltare il nome del brano attualmente in riproduzione e di alternare tra canzoni, playlist e Mix Genius. VoiceOver parla 25 lingue e avvisa persino gli utenti quando bisogna ricaricare la batteria.

Il nuovo iPod shuffle supporta ora i Mix Genius, la famosa funzione di iTunes che crea automaticamente dei mix di brani contenuti nella libreria degli utenti che suonano bene insieme. I Mix Genius sono perfetti per riscoprire la musica che gli utenti già possiedono ma che magari non ascoltano da tanto tempo.

Apple today announced the new redesigned iPod shuffle which features both clickable “ring” buttons and Apple’s innovative VoiceOver technology, enabling users to easily navigate their music and playlists without ever looking at their iPod shuffle. The new wearable iPod shuffle has an all-aluminum enclosure with a built-in clip and comes in five brilliant colors—silver, blue, green, orange and pink. With nearly 50 percent more battery life, the new iPod shuffle features over 15 hours of music playback on a single battery charge* and offers 2GB of storage for just $49.

iPod shuffle is based on Apple’s incredibly popular shuffle feature, which randomly selects songs from a user’s music library. The clickable buttons make the new iPod shuffle even easier to use. Press the center button to play and pause, press the outer buttons to skip forward and back or adjust the volume up and down.

The new VoiceOver button on top of iPod shuffle allows users to hear the name of the currently playing song and to switch between songs, playlists or Genius Mixes. VoiceOver speaks 25 different languages and even alerts users when their battery needs charging.

The new iPod shuffle now supports Genius Mixes, the popular iTunes feature that automatically creates mixes from songs in a user’s music library that go great together. Genius Mixes provide the perfect way to rediscover music users already have, but may not have listened to recently.
