Arriva in Italia la nuova scheda video ASUS GT 520, dedicata in particolar modo a soluzioni HTPC.

Equipaggiata con il nuovissimo motore grafico NVIDIA GeForce GT 520, che sviluppa un TDP di soli 29 Watt, l’ultima nata dell’ampia e completa famiglia di schede video firmate ASUS si presenta con un formato ‘’low profile’’ e “fanless”, rendendo questa scheda video ideale per PC Home Theater e Multimedia Center.

L’efficiente sistema di raffreddamento passivo di cui è dotata la nuova soluzione ASUS garantisce basse temperature di lavoro ed è, inoltre, estremamente silenzioso, a favore di un ambiente particolarmente confortevole.

ASUS GT 520, inoltre, supporta pienamente le Microsoft DirectX 11 e la tecnologia NVIDIA CUDA. Ottima soluzione per l’intrattenimento multimediale, la nuova proposta di ASUS è ideale per visualizzare foto, nonché riprodurre video alla risoluzione Full HD (1080p) tramite l’interfaccia nativa HDMI. Altrettanto entusiasmante è la navigazione su Web, in particolare con Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9 e Mozilla Firefox 4. Grazie all’interfaccia Dual-link DVI, inoltre, ASUS GT 520 è in grado di pilotare i display flat-panel più ampi ad una risoluzione fino a 2560x1600.

ASUS GT 520 sarà disponibile in Italia dalla seconda metà di Aprile con prezzo al pubblico IVA inclusa di Euro 59.
