La ENGTX280 TOP, la cui denominazione completa č ENGTX280 TOP/HTDP/1G, presenta i valori di 670MHz, 1460MHz e 1215MHz per le frequenze di clock di gpu, shader e RAM, contro i valori di default che sono pari rispettivamente a 600MHz, 1300MHz e 1100MHz. In accordo al produttore, ciņ determina un boost prestazionale complessivo di circa il 12% rispetto alla versione standard: test interni con 3DMark Vantage Extreme hanno evidenziato il passaggio da uno score di 4877 a 5440.
