Kingmax lancia RAM DDR3 per gaming @ 2400MHz senza cooler

Kingmax ha annunciato, nell'ambito della linea di memorie gaming-oriented Nano Gaming Ram, il primo modulo di memoria DDR3 al mondo capace di operare a 2400MHz, pur non essendo dotato di un dissipatore di calore (attivo o passivo).

Alla base di un simile risultato vi è, da un lato, il ricorso alla tecnologia proprietaria "NTD Tech" (l'acronimo spezzettato è pari a "Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology"), che punta a massimizzare il processo di irraggiamento del calore nell'ambiente esterno, e, dall'altro, la progettazione di stampo low-power dei moduli, che lavorano con una polarizzazione pari a 1.65V @ 2400MHz.

Le nuove DDR3 di Kingmax sono "XMP Ready"; alla massima frequenza operativa garantiscono un profilo di timing pari a 9-11-9-27. I moduli sono commercializzati come componenti di kit da 4GB (2x2GB), concepiti in primis per l'equipaggiamento di piattaforme basate sul chipset Intel P55.
