TAIPEI, TAIWAN, January 20, 2005 – BenQ today
introduces its two new LCD monitors – the BenQ FP93G/FP73G. Both
monitors feature a super slim bezel design, super picture quality, an
ultra-fast 6ms response time, a high contrast ratio of 700:1 and D-Sub/
DVI dual input for maximum compatibility.
Super slim bezel design
The new BenQ 17-inch FP73G LCD
monitor offers users an optimum viewing space with its ultra-narrow
12mm side bezel design while the new 19-inch FP93G LCD monitor also
features an all-around width of just 13mm, giving both monitors a crisp
and clean form factor. The ultra-narrow bezel allows the distance
between images to shrink to a mere 24mm/26mm when multiple displays are
placed side-by-side, yielding greater productivity and convenient
viewing of large amounts of data. This makes BenQ's displays ideal for
professional applications such as finance, health care and research,
and communications centers. And they're great for home entertainment,
computer graphics, and desktop publishing applications as well.
Ultra-fast response time
The
BenQ FP73G and FP93G offer an ultra-fast 6ms response time which
ensures better performance of video playback and produce flawless
fast-moving action scenes with no ghosting or quirks. Apart from their
ultra-fast response time, the two monitors also feature a high contrast
ratio of 700:1 and a brightness of 300 cd/m2 enabling the most finely
detailed images on your screen and all text easy to view in even
brightly lit environments.
D-Sub/ DVI dual input for maximum compatibility
Furthermore,
the FP93G and FP73G BenQ LCD Monitors are equipped with both
traditional D-Sub and next-generation DVI input support, providing the
best possible picture quality and video performance regardless of
whether you are working with analog or digital input. Both BenQ LCD
monitors also come with iKey Auto-calibration, VESA standard wall mount
and cable management.
The BenQ LCD Monitor FP93G will be launched in January and the BenQ
FP73G will be launched end of January/ beginning of February
respectively.
