SanDisk annuncia la prima microSDHC con capacità di 32GB

Con il comunicato stampa di seguito allegato, SanDisk ha annunciato la prima memory card di tipo microSDHC caratterizzata da una capacità di memorizzazione pari a 32GB. La scheda, che è realizzata con la tecnologia 32nm X3 (3-bit-per-cell), va ad ampliare la gamma di microSDHC di SanDisk, che già include varianti con densità di 2GB, 4GB, 8GB e 16GB.

In accordo al produttore, la card è già acquistabile on line presso i principali siti di e-commerce statunitensi ed europei, mentre sarà disponibile nei negozi di tutto il mondo a partire da Aprile; il suo MSRP è pari a $199.99.

Le camere digitali e, soprattutto, gli smartphone sono tra i gadget elettronici maggiormente interessati dalla nuova memory card.

The new microSDHC card offers consumers an unprecedented level of freedom and flexibility in how they store, send and enjoy digital content.
