Abit ha presentato una nuova motherboard per processori AM2 di AMD: alla linea Fatal1ty, che prende il nome dal più famoso gamer del mondo, il produttore taiwanense ha infatti aggiunto la AN9 32X (cfr. foto seguente), concepita per il gaming estremo e forte della dotazione di due slot PCI-Express a 16x e della compatibilità con 8Gb di memoria RAM di tipo DDR2 a 800MHz.
In piena aderenza allo stile Abit, questa motherboard è provvista di un elevato numero di porte che ne consentono la connessione con le periferiche esterne: 2 porte FireWire, 2 Gigabit Ethernet, 10 USB 2.0 e 6 SATA da 3Gb/s.
Il chip audio integrato supporta l'audio High Definition a 7.1 canali. Sono diverse le tecnologie proprietarie che Abit ha incluso nella AN9 32X ovvero OTES GT, SLIpstream e µGuru.
