Crucial ha reso disponibile un servizio on line - il cui utilizzo è gratuito - denominato Crucial System Scanner e finalizzato al test del pc dal punto di vista della compatibilità con il nuovo Sistema Operativo Vista di Microsoft.
Il tool di Crucial, che ricordiamo essere uno tra i principali produttori di memorie RAM, visualizza la memoria centrale attualmente installata sul computer oggetto dell'analisi e notifica l'eventuale necessità del suo potenziamento, al fine di soddisfare i requisiti imposti da Vista per il consegumento dell'esecuzione dell'OS su livelli almeno sufficienti.

Crucial’s innovative System Scanner tool analyses the user’s current system components and compares it to Microsoft’s minimum system specifications for the Windows Vista operating system.
